TERMS OF SERVICE 
  • Commissions are NON REFUNDABLE 
  •  Payment accepted via PayPal. Invoice must be paid in full prior to start of commission. 
  • Tips are very much appreciated as they help support me to continue doing what I do.
 
  • Emote copyright and licence terms: 
    When purchasing an emote design, you are purchasing a Twitch Emote Licence for the exclusive right to use the design as a Twitch.TV emote on your own channel, discord and social media platforms (such as twitter) only. If you would like to use the emote design on merchandise (e.g t-shirts etc) you will need to purchase a licence upgrade. The upgrade grants you permission to use the artwork on any form of merchandise, royalty free as well as the ability to alter the design should you so wish. Licence duration is unlimited so there will be no additional payments or fees requested once issued. To apply for a licence upgrade, please DM me on Twitter or send me an email.   
 
  • Any changes to the commission should be made during the draft phase. Screenshots of drafts sketches will be sent to the client to discuss any amendments/additions. You are entitled to one free revision after the draft sketch has been approved, however if further revisions are requested or a full redesign is requested I will charge the full amount of another emote.  
 
  • If a rush order is requested, please state the date you need the completed work by. Please try to be reasonable with this request, if you ask for 20+ emotes to be done within 2 days I will likely have to decline unless my cloning experiments are successful in which case I will use my clone army to complete your request whilst also enacting my plan for world domination.  
 
  • When placing an order please provide the following: 
                  Email address
                  Twitch handle
                  Number of emotes/badges required 
                  Which emotions you would like (e.g. Hi, Hype, Rage etc) 
                  Any specific design details (e.g. colour scheme, mascot etc) 

  • If you do not have any specific requests and give me free reign on the design process please note that no alterations will be made once completed. If there is anything specific you want in the design please let me know beforehand/during the draft checking stage. 
 
  • Please note that I receive high volumes of orders so there is a waiting list. Once you are placed on the list I will provide you with an estimated start date and will contact you a few days prior to said start date to begin the process. 
 
  • Turnaround is 1-5 days depending on the size of your order e.g. 1-5 emotes = 1 day, 5-10 emotes = 2/3 days, 10+ emotes = 3/5 days.   
 
  • I live in UK so just note that if you DM me requesting emotes please keep in mind any timezone differences. 

I am not liable/responsible for Twitch declining emotes as part of their ToS.
I am not liable/responsible if you commission copyrighted characters and get in trouble for using said characters as part of your stream so please bear this in mind. 

I will provide files for each emote/badge size (112x112, 56x56, 28x28 etc) as well as a display panel for you to share on social media if you wish. Please note that I will share the display panel on social media also (Twitter & Instagram) so if you do not wish for me to do so straight away, perhaps because you want to announce the emotes at a specific time/date, please let me know. I don't want to ruin any surprises for your community :)

Sometimes life happens so there may from time to time be delays. If this is the case I will inform you as soon as I can.
